# Account Recovery

If you've lost access to the email address that you use to sign in to Forte, [submit a request here](https://joinforte.com/contact?topic=Lockout). This form requires that you are actively logged in. If you cannot login to your account, email <contact@mobileeducation.us> to begin the recovery process. You will have to verify your identify and prove account ownership.
